A cycle of online events dedicated to breathing techniques and Mindfulness.

The overwhelming sensations of weakness and lack of focus more and more define our day, caused by a continous exposition to stimulus that induce a “fight or flight” response and stress, as a result of it.

often we’re short of breath and live in a state of apnea, while our mind is obsessed by compulsive thoughts and lack of lucidity, and is inable to keep focused and relaxed.

keeping track of our breath and our mental state is the key to restore our psychophysical balance. Breath and mind directly influcence on the quality of our mental state. THey are a mirror of it, so by working on our breath we can connect a bridge to the mind and restore the balance and empower it’s potential.

A boost in focus, mental enlightment and less stress are now mandatory in every asèect of our lives, especially in a multitasking society as our own.

The Breath and Mind System is focused on the knowledge of one’s own experience, on how we interact with our surroundings and on the ancient techniques of breathing and mindfulness.
During these encounters we’re going to empower and protect our breathing throught atavitic pranayama thechniques, and we’re going to observe their effect on us.

fothermore, we’re going to develop a mindfulness method that, merged with the brething, will give us all the basics to go into all the details of our mind-body system.
